Physiotherapy across Sydney, in clinic and at home.
Our physiotherapists assess and treat conditions that affect how you move, how strong you are and what you can manage day to day. They take a biomechanical approach: work out what is actually causing the pain, then treat that rather than the symptom.
Targeted, evidence-based physiotherapy care.
We treat root causes rather than symptoms, working with you in your living environment or in our fully equipped clinics.

Frequently asked questions about physiotherapy
Straightforward answers on referrals, home visits, and reporting.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. You do not need a GP referral if you are paying privately, claiming through private health insurance, or funded under the NDIS. A GP referral is only required if you are claiming through Medicare (CDM/EPC), WorkCover NSW, or CTP insurance.
Do you provide mobile physiotherapy home visits across Sydney?
Yes. Our mobile physiotherapists travel directly to private homes, retirement villages, and aged care settings across all metropolitan Sydney suburbs with all necessary clinical assessment and treatment equipment.
How quickly can an initial consultation and clinical report be arranged?
We do not operate waiting lists. Initial consultations are typically scheduled within 2 to 5 business days. When clinical reports are required for doctors, NDIS plan managers, or insurers, we deliver comprehensive reports within 5 to 7 business days.
Can physiotherapy be funded through Support at Home or NDIS?
Yes. Physiotherapy is fully funded under Support at Home (Home Care Packages) and NDIS Capacity Building budgets. We coordinate directly with your plan manager or package provider for seamless billing.
